# Oktomer

> Oktomer is a help desk for small teams: the live chat on your website, your email and WhatsApp in one inbox, with urgent messages on top. Your whole team replies from the same place, on computer and phone. Free for one person. $39 a month for a team of 5 until November 30, 2026, then $79 a month.

Oktomer sorts each new conversation as Urgent, Normal or Info, from the words in it (keyword rules), and shows the reason. Conversations move through To do, Waiting and Resolved. On Basic, your team writes every reply: nothing answers your customers for you.

## Plans

Prices are in US dollars, per month, before VAT. No fee per message.

- Free, $0: 1 person, up to 100 conversations a month. Live chat on your website with one line of code, a Shopify app (turn it on in your theme), urgent messages on top with the reason, To do / Waiting / Resolved. Past 100 conversations, the chat keeps working and we ask you to move to Basic. "Powered by oktomer" shows on the chat.
- Basic, $79 a month ($39 a month for the first 12 months if you start before November 30, 2026): up to 5 people with invites and assignment, 2,000 conversations a month (if you go over, the chat keeps working and you pay nothing per message), an email alert when an urgent message waits 5 minutes, your support email in the same inbox, WhatsApp at no extra cost (Meta bills its own fees to you). 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Connect, $119 a month, coming soon ($59 a month for 12 months if you join the waitlist before November 30, 2026): everything in Basic, plus the AI agent you already use, through our API. It answers simple questions alone and drafts the rest for your team to approve.
- Managed, $299 a month + $490 one-time setup, coming soon (first 3 months at $149 a month if you join the waitlist before November 30, 2026): everything in Connect, and we build the agent for you from your website, your documents and your past conversations. Our AI answers the easy questions in seconds; anything that could cost you a customer waits for your team. The first 10 shops on the waitlist get their $490 setup free.
